Camping & Amenities

• Facilities: Hot showers, toilets, and waste disposal.

• Availability: Camping opens Thursday afternoon and closes early Monday morning.

• Evening Services: Food, bar, and entertainment provided by Leicestershire Aero Club on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. ​

Parking

• Free Rally Car Parks: Follow on-site signage.

• Disabled Parking: Dedicated spaces available; Blue Badge required.

• Emergency Access: Ensure all emergency routes and gates remain unobstructed.

Dogs

• Policy: Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times.

• Aircraft Areas: Dogs are not allowed in aircraft parking areas.

• Cleanliness: Owners must clean up after their dogs; failure to do so may result in removal from the site.

• Identification: Dogs must have an identity tag with a contact number.​

WiFi

• Availability: Bring your own WiFi; reception may be unreliable due to the remote location.​

Waste Disposal

• Policy: All attendees should remove their own rubbish.

• Skip Provided: For cardboard and general waste; no electrical or hazardous materials.​

Toilets & Showers

• Locations: Available at the exhibition site, aircraft park, and campsite.

• Facilities: Hot showers included.​

First Aid

• Coverage: Provided by an external third party throughout the event.

• Emergency Contact: Reach out to First Aid staff or a member of Leicester Airfield staff in case of emergency.​

• Fire Marshals: On-site during the event.

• Safety Measures: Keep flammable materials away from ignition sources; dispose of rubbish in provided skips.

• Restrictions: No open flames allowed on exhibition or trading stands.​
