Rotax Care is the extended warranty program for our Rotax 4-stroke aircraft engines, 912 iS/c, 915 iS/c and 916 iS/c. Extending the Rotax standard warranty coverage, Rotax Care adds three years of peace of mind or the time to reach a Time Before Overhaul (TBO) - whatever comes first.

Registering your engine links your Rotax product with warranty services, proof of ownership, recall notifications, and bonus campaigns. Warranty coverage not only protects your engine - it protects your wallet. You can find the engine registration form on our website.

Step 2 - Buy Rotax Care.

Reach out to your authorized distributor to set up Rotax Care for your engine. We recommend getting Rotax Care coverage right when you purchase your engine. That said, you are free to upgrade to Rotax Care at any given time within the manufacturer‘s limited warranty period for your Rotax aircraft engine.*

Step 3 - Use Rotax Genuine Parts.

Fair‘s fair: Rotax Care covers genuine Rotax parts only. Our iRMT certified technicians use genuine Rotax parts exclusively to keep your engine in tip-top condition. We give you our best. Don‘t settle for less.

Rotax Care is available at your local authorized Rotax aircraft engines distributor and through their service network.*

Can I transfer Rotax Care protection to a new owner?

You can transfer the Rotax Care along with the engine to a new owner within the same territory. When you buy Rotax Care for a specific region, we link the warranty extension to your engine’s serial number.

Can I purchase extended warranty protection for my aircraft?

Rotax Care is available for Rotax aircraft engines only. To learn about warranty options for aircraft itself, please get in touch with your aircraft O.E.M.

Can I upgrade to Rotax Care anytime?

We recommend upgrading your warranty coverage to Rotax Care when you purchase your engine. That said, you can upgrade to Rotax Care at any given time within the manufacturer’s limited warranty period of your Rotax aircraft engine.
