Line Maintenance Training

📅 4–6 March 2026

A three-day, hands-on course designed to build confidence and competence in the inspection, servicing, and routine maintenance of Rotax aircraft engines.

Key focus areas include:

• Rotax engine range overview
• Use of technical manuals, bulletins, and documentation
• Gearbox fundamentals and routine maintenance
• Lubrication, fuel, starter, and ignition systems
• Cooling system fundamentals
• Carburettor balancing, calibration, and basic diagnostics

The course concludes with a final assessment and official iRMT Line Maintenance certification, supporting safe and compliant operation of Rotax-powered aircraft.

Heavy Maintenance Training

📅 9–11 March 2026

An advanced, three-day hands-on course for maintenance professionals involved in engine repairs & major inspections.

Training covers:

• Complete engine disassembly, inspection, and reassembly
• Gearbox removal, shock load inspection, strip and rebuild
• Cylinder heads, pistons, and cylinders
• Carburettor overhaul and ignition fault finding
• Engine troubleshooting and test procedures
• Turbocharger and exhaust system maintenance

The course culminates in a final exam and official iRMT Heavy Maintenance certification, recognising advanced Rotax maintenance capability.
